RISD Rover is a student-run organization at the Rhode Island School of Design. Our teams contribute award-winning designs to the aerospace industry. Our organization is famous for its involvement in NASA's Human Exploration Rover challenge where our team of artists and designers consistently outcompetes some of the top engineering schools around the world. Outside of the HERC challenge, we work on many other projects from Augmented Reality interfaces for astronauts on the moon and mars to developing technologies for dust mitigation in collaboration with Brown University. Our club offers opportunities for students to learn skills and techniques they wouldn't otherwise be exposed to at RISD.
