Face Fit Group was founded in 2002 by Simon Wilkins, a former housebuilding director. The business was created out of frustration of other recruitment companies and headhunting practices. All assignments are exclusive and retained. We don't work on a contingency basis - we leave CV trading to others. Simon was determined to set himself apart from the mainstream recruiters with "bums on seats' mentality, offering a boutique approach to recruitment, setting new standards of ethics and confidentiality among other core competencies. Ethical, Confidential, Trustworthy Headhunting and Executive Search since 2002 for many clients. All candidates are met at a location suitable to them, often out of hours for convenience and to maintain confidentiality. It's not a chat, it's a two-hour interview. We get to understand what makes people tick and we select only 3 candidates for shortlisting for any assignment. Without exception, someone is always appointed from the shortlist. We guarantee our placements. We can't begin an assignment without meeting our clients. We know every client inside-out. This is essential when attracting potential employees.
