Since 1987, lawyers at the firm have served as National Coordinating Counsel for defendants in the asbestos bodily injury, property damage, and insurance coverage litigation. In that capacity, we have handled trials and appeals of major bodily injury and property damage cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. We supervise the defense of the cases and provide strategy, oversight, and coordination to our clients and local counsel across the country.
