FEAT (Face-Value European Ticketing Alliance) is a new organisation, bringing together key players in the European music industry to promote face-value ticket resale. We believe that ticket touting harms the live music industry, which is why we’re coordinating lobbying efforts across the EU for better market regulation. We also work to connect live industry professionals in their efforts to improve secondary ticketing, and collect relevant data and research.
