Alaska Sausage Co., Inc. is a family-owned business founded in Anchorage, Alaska in 1963. Initially our company was well known for processing game meats for hunters. Today our company has evolved to include a distinctive variety of gourmet smoked sausages and smoked Alaskan salmon which are sold in stores and served in fine restaurants throughout the state of Alaska and in Europe. Every package, link, and fillet is handled with the same care and attention to detail we have always promised to all our customers.
