We, as Nomad Experts are passionate about the possibilities of connecting remote talent to any office-based company. We believe that the search for the right talent shouldn’t be confined within the borders of a region or country but expanded globally. Talent is location independent and having a remote colleague brings a fresh vision into a team. It is our mission to connect that talent to office-based companies without the distance being a barrier and providing the remote workers with the security they deserve. We focus on the needs of both the remote worker as well as of the company in order to create a strong foundation for a long-lasting relationship. To understand the social aspects about remote work and become experts in this field we are doing anthropological research with the goal of improving this new way of working in the long run.
