We also support you throughout the rest of the process, to ensure that your mortgage completes as quickly as possible too. We pride ourselves on the lifelong service that we offer and as part of that commitment, we will contact you six months prior to the end of your Fixed-rate Mortgage to ensure that you’re never in a position where you’re paying more than you should be on your mortgage. As a result of this level of service, many of our advisers have clients they have been working with for nearly 20 years. Our fees Our initial consultation, which includes obtaining an Agreement in Principle is provided entirely free of charge. We charge an application fee of £149 and then charge a lifetime advice fee of £399, which is payable on receipt of your first mortgage offer. Our lifetime advice fee provides a commitment that over the lifetime of your 25-30 year mortgage, we will only ever charge you this once. We are directly authorised with the Financial Conduct Authority and all of our advisers are CeMAP qualified.
