Cybercrime Investigation Knowledge Forum (CIKF) is the body of operation for CIBOK (Cybercrime Investigation Body of Knowledge) as neutral, non-profit organization and was established to build cybercrime investigation organizations’ capability with its core intellectual property called CIBOK which compiles knowledge around techniques, processes, and procedures which required for cybercrime investigation in systematical manner. The goal of CIKF is in supporting various related parties and organization which requires cybercrime investigation capability in direct and indirect manner to contribute to protect ICT society from cybercrimes. - 5 Advantages of CIBOK - Popularizing and promoting a global commonsense and consistent approach to cybercrime investigations, not dependent on the laws of each country. Positioning of systemized practices including project management, computer science and digital forensics for defining the scope of cybercrime investigations. Characterizing through demonstration the content that should be put into practice in cybercrime investigations. Providing structural guidance for utilizing the Body of Knowledge as an investigation asset to plan, conduct, and review cybercrime investigations.
