The New York Birth Control Access Project (NYBCAP) is breaking down barriers and increasing access so all New Yorkers are able to obtain the birth control they want, when they want it. We are focused on community-based education and advocacy; policy and legislative opportunities; and implementation and uptake of existing laws to improve access to birth control in New York. There are over a dozen types of birth control to choose from. Patients should know their options and every type should be affordable and accessible for anyone who wants it.
