The Center for Human Resource Management (CEHRM) forms a part of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Lucerne. It provides a platform for innovative research, teaching and an intense dialog between science and practice in the area of human resource management. In research and teaching we explore and address current and future human resource management challenges and secure knowledge transfer to the current and next generation of leaders and decision-makers. Our collaborations include well-recognized Swiss and global research platforms and networks.
