Guinco Service was founded by Jeff Guinn in Fort Worth on April 15, 1997. We are a family owned and operated business that started in the garage. Over the years, our family has grown to over 80+ employees. Guinco currently provides service to an area that spans north Texas and central Oklahoma. We are nationally recognized as an elite servicer, as well as the only Whirlpool Factory Certified Care center for North Texas and Oklahoma City. We specialize in the entire Whirlpool family of residential home appliance brands including: Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Roper, Estate, and Gladiator. All of our service technicians are factory-trained to provide the highest quality service for our customers. All staff members attend classes and seminars on a regular basis to stay current & knowledgeable in order to provide the best service experience possible. At Guinco, the ultimate goal is to build quality customer relationships through satisfaction & loyalty. Our friendly customer service & knowledge is one of a kind and includes both a professional & a personal touch. We pride ourselves on old-fashioned, hands-on customer service methods.
