Here at Buckland Recruitment we have two main industries that work within, these are Rec2Rec and Digital Marketing. We initially started out as an agency specialising in generic sales positions in various industries. However, after initially working with one or two other recruitment agencies and helping them find staff, we quickly realised that the Rec2Rec side of the business was where we should focus our attention. We have used our own recruitment experience to grow the business as a Rec2Rec specialist agency and have never regretted the decision. Since making this change in direction, we have experienced significant growth and it’s the close relationships we hold with both clients and candidates that have helped us get to where we are today. My plan for the company was always to eventually start working within the Digital Marketing industry, so in early 2018 we set up a division to focus on this market. Although it is a competitive market, we felt that there was a lot that we could offer and are confident that we can become a major player within the industry. We will take the time to find out exactly what our clients are after in order to find the perfect match for their vacancy. The same goes for our candidates, we treat everybody as the individuals that they are to ensure that they're only put forward for positions that perfectly suits their experience, personality and individuality. It's our strong work ethic and commitment that has been the lynchpin of our success and we will continue in this vein to ensure that we always go above and beyond for anybody we work with.
