Dedicated, Personal Concierge: Our professionally trained, hardworking team of concierges are always available to listen to your needs, coordinate services and provide thoughtful advice. They also have access to a variety of tools to help make your life easier. In-Home Support Team: We know that in order to provide a professional, personalized service we need a highly trained, consistent team of caregivers. That’s why we’ve done away with the idea of part-time and full-time employees and created a team environment based around a tiered reward system where all of our team members are able to work towards and earn rewards that are typically restricted for full-time, salaried employees. Not surprisingly this has resulted in high employee retention – which makes our whole offering possible. Safety: The safety of the members we serve is our top priority.
