The Policy Academies’ mission is to build and sustain meaningful diversity in the think tank community by cultivating the policy careers of students of color. The organization works with leading research and public policy institutions to recruit, train, and cultivate a pipeline of public policy scholars of color who will help define, investigate, and propose solutions to the social equity challenges of our time.
