Whether it is a temporary need, or long term for yourself or a loved one, a Geriatric Care Manager from Adult Comfort Care Services will meet with you to discuss a plan of care for your individual situation. We can also meet with you in your home prior to a planned surgical procedure, or in the nursing facility prior to your discharge. Adult Comfort Care Services provides bathing/dressing, companionship, daily living routine, hospital or nursing home sitting, light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, overnight stays, shopping, transportation and more.
