I can offer a structured approach to problem solving that seeks to identify the root cause(s) and prevent recurrences. Operational Support & Improvement: With over 30 years of experience working within industry at all levels, from operator to senior manager I have a wealth of knowledge that is relevant and backed up with experience gained in organisations such as Nissan, Philips and Sun Microsystems I am able to offer support on the majority of issues that an Operations Manager or Director are likely to be dealing with. In addition, as part of the MAS team, I have spent the past 15 years undertaking diagnostics and improvement projects with clients.
