Specialist in private dinners, buffets, catering and culinary business events Introduction After working in various positions as a manager in business, having worked in and outside the hospitality industry, the inevitable turning point in my life came to me in 1999. I did not want to do the things that I no longer liked to do. I went to the bank to to claim my savings and began to chase my childhood dream: running a restaurant of my own. Restaurant Mimosa was born and I felt reborn. Here I started my career as a chef. I picked it up pretty well and I was reasonably successful. Now, after almost sixteen years I am in my current company, MyChef, still the chef, and also a salesman, organizer and most of all a host. I really like to connect to people and provide them a careless and cozy time. In addition, I assure the quality of the food and cater for the needs of the attendees. I love to prepare honest, creative dishes from fresh ingredients in a sustainable manner.
