A multiplicity of perspectives can spark creativity and innovation, stimulating companies to spot and seize new opportunities. Diversity Works believes that a gender balanced business will be more effective in realising this essential attribute faster, helping companies to innovate and move ahead of the competition. To date only 15% of the senior executives within our sector are represented by female leaders. To balance our business we have to act now! Organisations need encouragement to address and challenge equality issues. Business and HR stakeholders often need help highlighting the benefits of diversity in the workplace and how accelerating efforts to close the gender gap brings more than just cosmetic PR social responsibility improvements. This is why Diversity Works is initiating 3 programs for 2021: • Start with Education – attract female students by promoting the industry in close collaboration with educational institutes. • Role Model - empower and navigate young talent by offering mentorship from senior executive champions • Meet & Greet - network + business opportunities to mix male and female professionals Will you help us to boost diversity?
