I most enjoyed working with Regional VPs and Senior VPs because they had the clout to make things happen. Their projects were higher priority for participants. Those projects also had much higher ROI. My favorite project was one in which my single SharePoint idea saved the company more than $500,000 annually. That idea only took one day of development and was implemented with a one-hour presentation by conference call, repeated four times to reach the large number of managers in six states. I launched this consulting practice to experience more satisfaction like that.
