The Community Enrichment Project (CEP) offers youth civic engagement programs and services to youth in underserved Washington, D.C. communities, Through our various offerings, youth are taught life skills and provided resources to become, and remain, active participants in their communities. Our programs are designed to empower youth to be life-long community leaders who will provide community-based solutions to local issues, and help to eradicate socio-economic issues one underserved community at a time.
