Tasting chocolate is like tasting wine. There is something for everyone's pallet and pocketbook. In fact when describing chocolate you hear comments like ... "Long on the palate, very balanced and chocolatey, its round and light notes of ripe fruit give way to a gently increasing hint of toasty aromas." "This chocolate delivers flavors of honey and ripe fruit." "Tasting it reveals the tangy freshness yellow fruit and toasted notes." As someone who has tasted and collected fine wines I understand one thing...if it tasted good to me that's all I need to know. I have now applied that same -easy to understand- evaluation of our Tivoli Chocolate. For the past few years I have been giving away samples at trade shows, business meetings, wedding, and birthdays. I have asked for honest feedback and found that I LOV IT was the most frequent response. So we named the chocolate TIVOLI...which is I LOV IT backwards. But don't take my word for it. One of the things I learned, both from wine tasting and chocolate sampling, is that one kind does not fit all. Therefore we created a sampler. It is delivered in a reusable food grade stainless container (very green don't you think?) with a menu. This creates a 'tasting' experience. You can chose milk, or dark, or my suggestion ASSORTED. We include a photographic menu so you know what you are eating, and enough room on the menu for your own tasting notes. Then you can reorder what you want and we will build the gift box for you. Don't confuse our chocolates with mass produced products. It's taken 3 years to get the first 24 flavor profiles refined to perfection.These are hand made. Individually tested.
