Unlike traditional funds, we make one to two investments annually with the objective to own 50% of the company and establish a clear path to exit within the next 3 years (1000 days). Through our deep involvement, experience, and network, we leverage our outsized ownership positions to work alongside each company to help it scale for success. The Crossover team is composed of operators who have built and sold businesses their entire careers, and we provide advice and executional support across marketing, digital tech, operations, branding, logistics and more.
