Our initial $180 Million fund, named the Global Grid for Learning Fund, will be leveraged to acquire and integrate at least 10 innovative, synergistic and profitable growth-stage companies that together create a sustainable end-to-end platform for K-12 education institutions: administration, e-learning, blended curriculum delivery, accreditation, e-commerce and IT infrastructure.
