As a Senior Consultant I enjoyed digitalizing HR business processes & organisations. Hence my nickname Transformer. I have always been fascinated by jumping into a new task, forming or expanding a team, bringing all participants together and achieving top results in a short time. Nationally, Internationally and globally. Later, as HR Leader I was able to develop and support top executives and leadership teams, transform business units, lower personnel costs and increase employee satisfaction - all at the same time. And then my coach once said to me: "Who does not have courage to dream, has no strength to change!" My personal rollercoaster ride begun.
