All of the production of Paddy Lee Fashions, Inc. is domestic. This allows for hands on quality control and fast production turn times. All patterns are electronically digitized to ensure correct size and grading. Markers are plotted on a Computerized Lectra System; this insures proper alignment and placement of all garment components. Paddy Lee Fashions, Inc. is also an active trading partner on all EDI transactions, this allows the company to participate in automatic replenishment programs with retailers insuring that inventories are current. The Company officers are Ralph Covelli, President and John Covelli, Executive Vice President. The officers are responsible for all aspects of design and production. Design is an important part of the company's Private Label success. The design team headed by Jennifer Cisneros is constantly developing new product with emphasis on fashion and quality at a competitive cost. The design staff is also very experienced in developing and sourcing new fabrics. Production capacity is approximately 75,000 units a week.
