I'm David and I founded Liberating Potential in 1996. I help leaders, managers and professionals develop the strategic thinking and working relationships needed to tackle complex systemic challenges and deliver results. I do this primarily through coaching, team/group facilitation and running broader organisation development programmes such as Action Learning. For over 25 years I have been helping organisations in the UK and abroad across a range of sectors – commercial, public and not-for-profit/charity - including Prudential, Waitrose and the John Lewis Partnership, Smiths Detection, the RSPB, the UK Civil Service and its agencies. With a background and training in organisation development and psychology, I use advanced coaching and facilitation methods to develop emotional intelligence in leaders and foster the collaborative learning and working required for sustainable systemic solutions. My book “Collaborating for Results: Silo Working and Relationships that Work” captures my years of experience alongside contemporary research and according to Ethan Schutz, President and CEO of the Schutz Company, New York, is an 'immensely valuable roadmap' for change.
