Whether of Filipino heritage or not, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment that respects value in every generation of immigrants and children of immigrants. It is a part of our heritage to be friendly to all no matter race, orientation, or gender. The Chamber also aims to promote economic activities and goodwill among the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities here in Oregon as well as in the Pacific Northwest. PACCO serves as a clearing house for Philippine-American trade, tourism and economic information, as well as act as liaison for government agencies, providing PACCO members and the community with access to opportunities. The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO), a 501 (c)(3) non profit corporation founded in 1996, is organized exclusively to ease the burden of government, by assisting state agencies which are unfunded or underfunded, and the Oregon Office of the Governor Advocate for Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business, to promote trade, tourism and other economic relations between Oregon and the Philippines.
