Pine Haven Christian Communities offers quality, compassionate care in a Christ-centered environment. Our flexible, innovative services and living options are tailored to meet the unique needs of our aging population. Pine Haven Christian Communities includes 4 campuses: Our Giddings Avenue Campus is located at 531 Giddings Avenue in Sheboygan Falls. This campus is the site where our original 12 room nursing home opened in 1950. It currently offers 86 rooms for assisted living, and 51 rooms for assisted living with memory care. Our Prairie Crossing Campus is located at 1280 Pine Haven Lane. This campus offers 40 apartments for supported independent living. The Haven Drive Campus houses assisted living and mid to late stage memory care. Our Oostburg campus is located at 701 Pine Drive in Oostburg, which provides 30 rooms of traditional assisted living.
