Innervate Ltd has been working to develop partnerships that connect healthcare professionals and patients/people, creating and share practical, trusted and respected health and medical information and educational resources for 20 yrs. We aim to provide products and services that help to stimulate the best possible relationship between health professionals and their patients, to achieve the best possible care. Our work includes creating and running groups such as the Community Therapists Network and the Primary Care Neurology Society. We also work in partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, the Society for Rehabilitation Research and Advances in Clinical Neuroscience and Rehabilitation.
