Treble Victor Group's name is derived from the Latin expression “Veni, Vidi, Vici” or “I came, I saw, I conquered”. Our tongue in cheek use of this expression is not a nod to Julius Caesar’s victory, but rather, a recognition of Treble Victor members’ propensity to stay the course and see things through to completion. We believe that this practice serves us well, in whatever we choose to do. The members of Treble Victor have successfully transitioned to fulfilling careers outside the military yet remain connected with one another through the experience of ‘service to Country’ and by our shared principles of: • Mutual support • Integrity in all we do • Network for success • Direct in style, words & deeds We believe that the leadership training & experience we received through military service is unparalleled, yet it is generally undervalued, not recognized or just plain misunderstood in the marketplace.
