People have purpose. They know what they want to achieve with their careers but without the right networks, learning and support sometimes that purpose isn’t fulfilled. Our mission is to empower people to live purposeful lives, starting with their careers. We do this by designing accelerator programmes that support them to step outside the walls of their office and learn from other incredible minds who can help them get to where they want to be - they get to learn from people who have often been where they want to go. Our purpose doesn’t stop there, we use the power of our network to achieve social change and, as part of the benefit they receive in their programme, our intrapreneurs share their learning with young people who want to be where they are. In short: we harness the power of our network to instigate a cycle of social change.
