The Judgement Index is focused exclusively on the measurement of a person’s value systems and the predictive capability of such measurements in determining the judgements people make and ultimately the critical decisions they make in their personal and working lives. Whilst there are many psychometric assessments available that measure IQ, emotional balance & personality, we believe that these are simply not a good enough predictor of success – good judgement is. The JI differs in two main ways: it allows for coping strategies & development to take place, & secondly, the assessment does not rely on self-report so the results cannot be manipulated by the test taker. Originating from Robert Hartman (Nobel Prize nominee 1973), Research and validity studies have indicated that the JI is one of the most scientific, mathematical and logically based assessment tools in the world.
