Welcome to the Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD), where we provide numerous professional development opportunities for UTSA’s graduate and undergraduate students to develop their skills, define their goals and launch their careers. Our partners include more than 70 companies who join us every semester to volunteer their time in professional coaching and networking events with our students, while recruiting for their next generation of employees and leaders. The CSPD works with its 650 masters students to help them define their career vision and pursue career success and we work to transform 5,000 business undergraduates into business professionals giving them a competitive edge in obtaining internships and full-time employment. Throughout the year, the CSPD offers more than 50 events that help students develop a balanced portfolio of career readiness, leadership, industry knowledge, personal development and image enhancement. We are also dedicated to serving as a resource to the business community. Partnering with local, regional and national employers, the Center offers specialized services to help employers recruit internship and job placement candidates. We support employers through the entire recruitment process and work closely with the University Career Center to make the time employers spend recruiting in the College of Business exciting, efficient and rewarding.
