For consumers of preserves, looking for a better eating experience, K’s European Jams is a line of artisanal small batch preserves, born in the Old World, re-imagined for today’s tastes. Growing up with a big old country garden in Germany, and later in France, my mother and grandmother taught me their love and the art of preserving fruit as have many generations of women before them. I have taken these heritage recipes and techniques to offer a premium line of European-style jams, marmalades and condiments. They are handmade, cooked in small batches in copper pans with 15% less sugar and no artificial preservatives. They provide great sweet and savory eating opportunities, and wine craft beer and cider pairings. But for me its all about the love for the fruit: tart to sweet, bold to bright, my blends let the fruit shine!
