STE(A)M Truck is a growing fleet of mobile innovation labs that began as one single truck in 2014 — and just a few years later — is now a growing fleet of mobile maker-spaces that serve more than 4,000 elementary and middle school youth each year. STE(A)M Truck was created to spark a passion in youth for science, technology, engineering, arts and math by bringing the coolest tools, equipment and mentors directly to schools. By parking our innovation lab right outside the classroom, STE(A)M Truck provides students with access to the expertise and materials needed to implement hands-on building, tinkering, and learning experiences that are oftentimes unavailable in schools serving low-income communities.
