The New Orleans Women & Children's Shelter is committed to helping homeless families find stability and never experience homelessness again. The Shelter operates in two locations and has served over 2,000 people including expectant mothers, single parents, intact families and more. Our in-house programs are outcomes-driven and include case management, workforce development, life skills, financial literacy, parenting, children's programs and post-residency support. We work with over 60 community partners to ensure our residents' unique and varied needs are met.
