We work specifically with businesses, offering practical, workplace-appropriate mindfulness strategies to reduce stress and increase engagement at work. Present Source offers one-on-one mindfulness training, group workshops, and one-time introductions to mindfulness in the workplace. All of our facilitators have real-world experience bringing mindfulness into their own diverse workplaces.
