DIVERSITRY aims at promoting diversity and inclusion across all agencies and offices of the German Federal Administration. DIVERSITRY connects ministerial diversity initiatives, advocates for equality, and paves the way for long-lasting changes. We want to amplify the voices of BIPoC and increase representation across all agencies. We thereby aspire to a Federal Administration which reflects the diversity of our society and acknowledges the unique potential of each employee for its future viability. Our vision is a society in which someone's ethnical or cultural background constitutes not a limitation but a celebrated core strength in an increasingly globalized world.
