Ms. Bonner advises clients in the music industry with respect to all aspects of the business, including the negotiation of artist, producer, and music publishing agreements at major and independent record labels, music tours, and sponsorships. She serves as film production counsel and negotiates film distribution agreements, film financing and above-the-line talent agreements for clients in the film, cable, and network television industries. Ms. Bonner also represents reality and scripted television personalities. In addition, Ms. Bonner advises clients in the new and emerging media industries and drafts website agreements (including privacy policy and terms of use agreements) for digital distribution clients and negotiates ring tones, advertiser, and strategic partnership and content agreements and licenses. She also represents authors and magazine publications and drafts option and publication agreements, advertiser and sponsorship agreements, sweepstakes and contests rules, tour agreements. Additionally, Ms. Bonner negotiates host and syndication agreements for television and radio personalities.
