The youths are supervised by many great and experienced advisors who are willing to sacrifice their free time to coach and mentor the amateur board members. These teenagers are given the chance to practice running a business and to make their independent decisions. Not only will AYSC offer opportunities for young adults to serve the community, but will also hone each and every one of them to become future leaders.
