The Downs Law Firm has a practice which has been dedicated to Estate Planning and the Administration fo Estates and Trusts since 1995. We help families minimize disputes, taxes, and the inconvenience of probate and court proceedings when someone becomes disable or dies. We are experienced in creating and funding revocable living trust, as well as will, power of attorney's and health care directives. As importantly, we presently dedicated approximately half of our time assisting families with implementing these plans now that they are needed. We assist with probating estates, as well as administering trusts, on a weekly basis. As a consequence, we see the benefits of good planning and the costs of procrastination in that process.
