Rosen Wellness is a nutrition consulting service for individuals, groups, and businesses. We provide the tools and techniques for a lifetime of health and wellness. It is my job to be your guide, your mentor - helping you navigate the path to optimum health and wellness. You will learn ways to eat, exercise and relax that have created healthy lives for many centuries. Nutrition consulting sessions take place as you and I meet together at my office in Mequon, Wisconsin or via the phone. Group classes are offered regularly throughout the greater Milwaukee area.
