Scaled is an engineering company which transforms imaginative concepts into whole products by designing & delivering high performance 3D printed structures made increasingly from recycled plastics. Scaled delivers its whole product offering from its Swindon UK manufacturing facility where all 3D printing of parts and product assembly are done. A recent highlight was designing and delivering a series of 52 'mile markers' to the world-renowned London Marathon. These temporary structures, which guide event participants, weighed in at more than 14 tonnes in total. They were designed for multiple use and can be fully recycled when they reach the end of their useful lives. Scaled has also developed Europe's first fully 3D printed plastic personal transportation vehicle (Chameleon), demonstrating Scaled's mastery in developing high-performance 3D printed structures.
