Dweck’s Mindset Theory - Angela Duckworth’s Grit Theory - Brene Brown’s Courage, Vulnerability, and Empathy Theories - Positive Psychology - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Executive functioning and Self-regulation Coaching Sessions Consist of: - 45-minutes with the client’s preference of either face-to-face, video conference, or by phone - Developing a Learning Agenda– focusing on changes that lead to one’s ideal potential - Building a Resonant Relationship– of positive emotion and genuine, authentic connection - Exercises- electronic/ paper handouts tailored to the client’s Learning Agenda - Customized Packages- frequency/ number of sessions that are tailored to the client’s Learning Agenda - Weekly/ Biweekly Check-ins- depending on the client’s needs
