Now in our 14th year, The Horse Institute introduces open enrollment to our flagship professional development programs: Emerging Leaders Development -- Leadership competencies including delegation, Emotional Intelligence, influencing without authority, managing difficult conversations, giving feedback, inspiring and motivating. Next-Level Communication Skills -- Engagement competencies including defining objectives and audience needs, organizing content for clarity and convincingness, making a connection (one-on-one, small group, large audience) and managing Q&A (especially challenges). These programs allow participants to interact and network with peers from other industries who face similar challenges. To ensure quality engagement, programs are limited to 12 participants and last two-and-a-half days.
