We develop individuals through experiential learning and community engagement to promote servant leadership. Develop Leaders Since 1982, more than 1400 participants have developed collaborative skills in pursuit of personal growth and volunteer service involvement. Build Relationships Class members engage with community thought leaders and program alumni to learn about area service opportunities. Strengthen Community Leadership Lafayette is an independent nonprofit organization. Thanks to the support of individuals, corporations, and foundations, participants represent the diverse fabric of our community.
