Defense and security sectors are at the dawn of a structural revolution, driven by civil sector advances in AI, robotics, design and manufacturing. Tomorrow, most military operations will be conducted autonomously. The number of systems in interaction will be order of magnitude superior to what prevails today. AI systems will guide militaries in their operations. And militaries will guide AI systems to make them grow and become more capable. These hybrid teams will redefine warfare. Thus, the next 10 years will be marked by a radical evolution of the defense and security capabilities of all countries, and of the corresponding industrial base. Enduring ambition is to build a leader in AI for defense and security missions to accelerate this revolution, to benefit France and her allies.
