Our typical client is a large consumer of electricity from $10,000 a month to over a million. You see the power companies bill commercial customers not only for the amount of electricity they consume but also a demand charge for when the plant uses the most amount of electricity throughout the day. We attack the high demand charges and the consumption cost. DataWrangler software autonomously monitors and manages the electrically use throughout a large building. We shall install special Dent Meters designed to handle and capture the needed data from the secondary service. We will take that data and apply our AI and machine learning to: • Identify power factor issues • Reduce consumption/demand charges • Predict and prescribe equipment optimization • Provide load shifting and scheduling recommendations • Provide an electrical blueprint of how and when the buildings use power • Provide R.O.I. data for battery storage solutions, solar optimization and other equipment needs • Provide details of energy use in different departments for budgeting or grant request For most companies we save (10%) to (25%) in consumption and demand charges. Once our data capturing equipment is installed we verify that the power the utility is charging you is accurate, and we validate that the KWH used, and the tariffs are correct. Then about two weeks after installation we go through the entire facility to measure actual KWH charges for each of the top sources of electrical use. Buildings are always changing, and clients are constantly changing or upgrading equipment. So, we continue to assign new values to equipment.
