With over 10 years’ experience in the industry Phil set out to build a business with a reputation of integrity, honesty, and complete professionalism. In August 2020, the company embarked upon an exciting new chapter with the acquisition of the well-established Property Management Department of Dron & Wright. Regency Real Estate now has a team of fifteen people and our portfolio under management comprises over 75 assets across the UK, and we continue to grow. Our rent collection per annum is in excess of £40 million and we manage over £5 million of service charge funds.
