We measure each participant's skills development throughout the extended coaching period so that all the stakeholders know how effective the program has been. With personal coaching, participants improve by an extra 22% during the period after the workshop. Participants perceive that they improve by 44% overall. In 2018, our programs achieved an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) well over +80 on a scale from -100 to +100.
